I found the hotel to be in a superb location near the harbor, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were small with a tiny bathroom, but they did have a private bathroom. The service was friendly, although not accustomed to non-Japanese guests. The dining experience in the restaurant at the top of the tower was very good with seasonal vegetables. The facilities were decent, but I did experience confusion due to some signs being in English.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was pretty good, situated between the harbor and city center. However, the rooms had a strong cigarette smell on the higher floors, giving off an unpleasant ashtray vibe. The service was friendly, although it was evident they are more used to catering to non-Japanese guests. The dining experience was almost good, especially the Spanish dishes. Overall, it was an okay stay with some room for improvement.
