Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be in a superb location near the harbor, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were small with a tiny bathroom, but they did have a private bathroom. The service was friendly, although not accustomed to non-Japanese guests. The dining experience in the restaurant at the top of the tower was very good with seasonal vegetables. The facilities were decent, but I did experience confusion due to some signs being in English.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. On the downside, the Wi-Fi promised was missing in the room's amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was pretty good, situated between the harbor and city center. However, the rooms had a strong cigarette smell on the higher floors, giving off an unpleasant ashtray vibe. The service was friendly, although it was evident they are more used to catering to non-Japanese guests. The dining experience was almost good, especially the Spanish dishes. Overall, it was an okay stay with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent, conveniently situated between the harbor and the city center, close to the Kobe tower and park. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown with a semi-double bed that was adequate for two but felt cramped, along with a small bathroom. The service was friendly, but there were some language barriers for non-Japanese guests. The dining options were good but not outstanding, and the facilities were decent, albeit nothing exceptional.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, while having a tiny bathroom and no free Wi-Fi as advertised, still provided a private bathroom which was appreciated. The service, unfortunately, was quite rude with staff who did not seem welcoming to guests like us. On the bright side, the location was excellent, close to key attractions like the Kobe Tower and park.
